Sizing

We've tried to make it as simple as we can for you to get into the right size with as little confusion as possible.

Length & Width

There a couple of ways to find your size. Below there are two PDF attachments you can print and compare your right insole of your current cycling shoes to in order to not need to take any measurements. Alternatively, feel free to grab a tape measure or ruler and compare to the measurements listed. Scroll down the page to skip the printed size guide instructions.

Standard SemiPro Size Guide

Wide SemiPro Size Guide

Note: When you print the Size Guide ensure your scaling is set to 100% and compare a bank card to the scale on the print out to ensure it has printed correctly.

Size Guide Instructions:

  • Line the heel of your insole up with the printed insole
  • Take note of the length size visible at the longest part of the toe of your insole (we recommend going for a size larger if your size sits between two sizes)
  • If the widest part of your insole overlaps at the corresponding widest part of that length on Standard Size Guide then a wide size is likely for you.

Find Your Fit

As podiatrists, we are no strangers to the intricacies of foot form and function. That's why we developed a range of unique profiles for our much-loved SemiPros. Rather than arbitrary changes in height across our Low, Medium and High inner soles, each profile has a unique contoured shape to suit key features of the foot type for which they are designed.

This three-step guide is designed to help you select your perfect profile.
