WHICH SEMIPRO ARE YOU?
SEMIPRO LOW - suitable for low arch profiles with low mobility (feet remain flat even when non weight bearing or when doing a calf raise).
SEMIPRO MEDIUM - suitable low arch feet that are flexible (the arch lifts during a calf raise). Also suitable for feet with moderate arch profiles and moderate mobility.
SEMIPRO HIGH - suitable for medium and high arch profiles with high to medium mobility.

FIND YOUR FIT
Rather than arbitrary changes in height, we developed a range of unique profiles for our much-loved SemiPros. Here's why that's important:
- Foot form and function are intrinsically linked - we can accurately predict what the structures in our feet are doing in vivo by observing their shape and deformation.
- Appreciating natural foot function is a vital step in achieving the best possible fit and correct mechanical support for your foot type.
- Our Low, Medium and High profiles were inspired by thousands of hours spent creating custom devices and are tuned specifically with this in mind.
All that's left for you to do is pick which profile best suits your foot type.
Step 1: Arch Profile Observation
- Using your phone to film or a mirror as a visual aid, observe the non-weight bearing shape of your feet.
- Sit with your ankle in a neutral position with your knees in 90 degrees of flexion and your feet flat on the floor.
- Consider how you would describe the shape formed by the medial aspect (from your heel to big toe of your feet. Is there a gap between your foot and the floor? If so, how high is the formed shape? If there is little to no gap formed between your foot and the ground our SemiPro Low is probably for you.
Step 2: Mobility Evaluation
- Using the same visual aid as in Step 1, evaluate the degree of mobility present in your midfoot. This will help to determine how your feet change shape when they are loaded in your cycling shoes.
- Perform a series of calf raises from standing, comparing how pronounced your medial arch shape is at the beginning and end of each raise. Typically, a more mobile foot will display a pronounced shape at the end of the calf raise. Less mobile feet will see little shape change.
-
Still struggling to decipher your mobility? Try tracing around your foot and performing the same calf raise with your foot positioned on the traced outline.
Step 3: Size, Width & Volume Selection
Use our downloadable sizing guide to match your current inner sole with your chosen SemiPro:
To replicate your current volume, simply measure the thickness of your current inner sole. Typically, our Standard 4mm option will be a perfect match. If your current shoes feel a little too snug, you can choose to increase available volume by selecting our Thin backing option. In some rare cases, you may need to trim the toe area of your SemiPro to match the profile of your OE inner sole.
