Enjoy fast domestic shipping with our express delivery service. For orders placed before 10am to be delivered to an address within Australia Post's next day network, your order should arrive within one business day. An express shipping rate of $14.95 will be charged for all orders under $50.

Can't wait for delivery? We offer a collect in store option on our entire range of products from our COBRA9 HQ. Simply select Collection at checkout and we'll notify your when your order is ready!
Our cut-off time for guaranteed same-day dispatch is 10am AEST. This is because every device is handmade to order. While orders placed AFTER 10am AEST may be shipped same-day, this is not guaranteed. As a rule of thumb, they will be processed and dispatched the following business day, adding one business day to the expected delivery date.

You may return any item (excluding Pro devices) for a full refund up to 30 days from receipt of goods. If you wish to take advantage of our Perfect Fit Promise please follow the steps to exchange your SemiPros here. For all other returns, our returns process and refund policy can be viewed below.
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Further information can be found in our returns policy.
How long should I expect my refund to take?
Once we receive your item(s) and providing it is in unused condition and in its original packaging, an automated refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note the funds may take between 10-15 business days to arrive back into your account.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any order placed with us for full refund up until the point that it is dispatched (you will be notified when an order has a tracking number assigned to it) by contacting us at HQ.
My inner soles are faulty
Every SemiPro is covered by a 12-month warranty for structural defects. If in the unlikely event that your SemiPros let you down, get in touch. Please note that we cannot cover normal wear and tear.
