We get it, you'll want to use your SemiPros as soon as you get them and we want you to use the too! Before you get an epic under your belt, it's important that you incorperate a wear-in period. Why is this important?

While your SemiPros don't necessarily break in like a pair of dress shoes, the concept is quite similar. Our feet contain a complex array of passive and active tissues, receptors and nerve endings that have likely been used to a shoe devoid of any mechanical support. So not to unsettle this network of tissue, allow 2-3 easy rides to settle into your SemiPro setup, gradually increasing your load for the next 2-4 weeks. This will allow the foams used for the covers to bed in properly. If after this time you haven’t fully settled into you SemiPros, contact us for further advice or modification. Remember, we're not happy unless you are.

Our SemiPros have been developed to wear as hard as you ride and carry a warranty for 12 months from structural defects.

While wear to the backing foam is relatively normal given the loads and material combinations at play, this doesn't impact the structural qualities of the insoles and ceases once the insoles have gone through their bedding in period.

In the unlikely event that they don't go the distance, submit a claim and we'll send you a like-for-like replacement pair. No questions asked.

Wipe clean as needed with planet-friendly cleaners being sure to avoid excessive heat and solvents. Air dry after moist rides (sweaty and/or rainy!). It's as simple as that.
