CARING FOR YOUR SEMIPROS

Our SemiPros have been developed to wear as hard as you ride and carry a warranty for 12 months from structural defects from their date of purchase. In the unlikely event that they don't go the distance, submit a claim and we'll send you a like-for-like replacement pair. No questions asked.

Wipe clean as needed with planet-friendly cleaners being sure to avoid excessive heat and solvents. If you take care of them, they'll take care of you!

WEARING YOUR SEMIPROS

We get it, you'll want to use your SemiPros as soon as you get them and we want you to use the too! Before you get an epic under your belt, or use them on a stationary trainer, it's important that you incorperate a wear-in period. Why is this important?

While your SemiPros don't necessarily break in like a pair of dress shoes (they are designed to be as robust as possible), the concept is quite similar. Our feet contain a complex array of passive and active tissues, receptors and nerve endings that have likely been used to a shoe devoid of any mechanical support.

So not to unsettle this network of tissue, allow 2-3 easy rides to settle into your SemiPro setup, gradually increasing your load for the next 2-4 weeks. If after this time you haven’t fully settled into you SemiPros, contact us or your authorised COBRA9 retailer for further advice or modification. Remember, we're not happy unless you are.
